Reservation Procedure, Conditions and Reimbursement.
* After receiving your request, we will notify you the confirmation via e mail, with all
reservation details. If you approve, fax or e mail it back and we will fax or e mail
your hotel accomodation confirmation.
* For payments with credit card, we ask you to fax or e mail your confirmation form
a legible photocopy of both sides of your credit card and passport number.
Payment of your hotel accomodation is required to be made in advance by credit
card or Bank wire.
Your credit card will not be charged without your specific approval for the reservation
after we confirm back to you.
* Reservation are made be between LimaPeruHotels.Info and the Hotel or Tour operator
This procedure requires a minimum lead time of 2 days from your initial request to
check in.We confirm in real time with the Hotel with the best rates.
* Rates do not include hotel taxes 19%. As no resident tourist to Peru don´t pay this
tax. You will receive a voucher for your entire stay.
Not included meals and any other items mentioned as included.
Breakfast are included in all Hotel categories.
* Cancellations Hotels Policy and Reimbursement
Notification of cancellation 30 days before your arrival, total reimbursement after
discount some administrative cost.
Notification of cancellation 29 - 14 days before your arrival, the reimbursement is
subject to 30% of the total coast.
Notification of cancellation 13 - 08 days before your arrival, the reimbursement is
subject to 50% of the total coast.
Notification of the cancellation is recived 07 days before your arrival to the hotel,
No reimbursement.
During the High Season, our company reserve the right to change the policies.
Travel insurance provides coverage for your certain losses incurred as cancellations
fees and penalties and other unforseen circumstances. Is highly recommended.

POLITICA DE CANCELACION DE RESERVAS
Anulaciones y Reebolsos
Para las anulaciones de las reservas hoteleras ya pagadas la politaca
de anulaciones es la siguiente.
Si la anulacion se realiza con 30 dias de anticipación no hay CARGO
Solo un pequeño cargo de anulacion
Si la anulacion se realiza con 29 a 15 dias antes de la fecha de llegada
Se hara un cargo del 30%
Si la anulacion se realiza con 13 a 08 dias antes de la fecha de llegada
Se hara un cargo del 50%
Si la anulacion se realiza con menos de 08 dias antes de la fecha de
llegada no se consedera reebolso alguno.
En periodos de temporada alta, la empresa se reserva el derecho de cambiar la politica de anulaciones y reembolsos.
Sugerimos a los señores pasajeros contratar un seguro de viaje que le
cubra cancelaciones o anulaciones hoteleras para evitar estos riesgos.
